Katie Is originally from Atlanta Georgia.  She attended an all girls camp at Universal Judo in January of 2018.  This experience motivated her to relocate to San Antonio in June of 2018 and to train full time at Universal Judo.  It was obvious in a very short time that Katie has the potential to develop into another outstanding judoka training at Universal Judo.  It was only a few months till her talent and dedication to the sport of judo began to show success.  In 2019 Katie earned a spot on the USA Judo Junior Pan American Team that will compete in Columbia in July.  Don't be surprised to see her joining team mates Nina and Mariah on future USA Judo National Teams.
