Nina has been competing in judo for over 15 years. Nina is ranked #1 on the Senior Elite Roster for the 6th year in a row. She has traveled the world in her quest to compete at the highest level in this sport. Nine is a 2 sport athlete competing not only in judo but also in Sambo at the world level! Seven time National Champion. Nina just missed qualifying for the 2016 Olympics! Nina moved to San Antonio three years ago to continue her long training relationship with Coach Hrbek. Nina has self funded her training receiving limited financial support from USA Judo.  Nina is fluent in French having worked as a French Language instructor. Since Nina has come to San Antonio she has shared her judo experiences with the club as well as tips and tricks when it comes to traveling the world on a limited budget.
